Group now forming to begin January 13, 2017 in San Ramon, CA. Intake session to be held in December 2016. Concurrent group can be held in Oakland, CA on Wednesday mornings if there is enough interest.
Building Blocks is designed to meet the needs of children ages 3-5 having difficulty with:
- social anxiety
- shyness
- impulse control
- inflexibility
- bossiness
- understanding social cues
- frustration
Building Blocks can assist your child to:
- feel more confident with peers
- develop problem solving skills
- manage conflicts with friends
- express feelings in an age-appropriate way
- understand the feelings of others
Eight-week session includes:
- 30-minute intake session for child and parent
- eight 45-minute playgroup sessions
- one 50-minute group parent session
- one 30-minute post-group evaluation session for parents
Fee: $975.00
Time: Thursday mornings 9:15 am – 10:00 am
